It wasn’t even close. By a 28-1 margin the Tennessee state senate has approved a bill updating the state’s sex-education curriculum to declare holding hands and kissing “gateway sexual activities.”
Since the bill specifically bans teachers from “demonstrating gateway sexual activity”, educators would be prohibited from even demonstrating what hand-holding is.
